We meet with clients, assess the property, and make recommendations or implement improvements. In short, we create a look, or stage, that will increase potential buyers’ interest.
” WALK THROUGH CONSULTATION”
The first step is for us to review the property starting with the curb appeal. “First impression is lasting”. Most people often neglect this part but they must realize that although the main focus will be inside the home: the outside is also vital. Once this is completed we will begin focusing on the inside of the home. We will walk through each room, providing you with important information and customizing a strategy that will get the home ready to be placed on the market. Please bare in mind that we provide our clients with an option of doing all the work themselves, or using Lala’s Errand &Staging Services. If you choose us, we will provide you with an upfront invoice of the cost.
SPEED STAGING 2 HOUR SERVICE:
Most people are not familiar with this term; however this service sometime comes in handy for priced reduced properties that have been on the market for more than 40 days without any action. This is a great way to get the home ready in a short period of time for a last-minute open house or the marketing photos. I will work with you hand in hand utilizing your hidden treasures in creating an amazing home model.

When a home is vacant it can be a lot more difficult to sell. Reason? It’s usually difficult for buyers to visualize the home’s potential. When staging a vacant home we are able to highlight the home’s features based on the architecture’s vision and also give the buyer a home like feeling which would have otherwise gone unnoticed.
